How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow a dispatch time of up to 2 weeks for all bespoke bunting orders and up to 1 week for dog bandanas or babygrows. Once dispatched, orders to Irish addresses are usually delivered in 1-2 days. Thank you so much for your patience.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with An Post standard post and therefore there is no tracking available at present.
Can I send a gift directly to my loved one?
Yes! Enter your loved one's address at checkout and add a "Gift note" in the notes section and I will include a handwritten note at no extra cost. All orders come gift wrapped in tissue paper and no payment information is included.
Can I order bunting to match my child's room?
Yes! Feel free to get in touch and I can create a truly bespoke bunting for you to match your decor. I have a huge range of fabric to choose from.
Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately, as all my items are bespoke, I cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact me and we will find a solution.
